It sure takes all kinds!

I gotta say, there are some nuts out there. Consider this. If you lived in an apartment building and your neighbor played his music too loud, you'd probably ask him to turn it down. If he refused, you may even get a petition from the rest of the tenants, and present it to him.
What if he decided that if he couldn't listen to his music, then no one should listen to anything? What if he burned down the whole building out of spite?
